Long staple cotton TC330 satin striped hotel textile bedding fabric Hotel sateen stripe bedding fabric +
Hotel bed linen is frequently washed at high temperatures, which requires the hotel bedding fabric to be strong, anti-pilling, heat and wear-resistant while ensuring its comfort and health. Therefore, natural cotton fiber has become the choice for hotel textile materials. To ensure comfort, hotel fabrics often use lighter and thinner yarns, such as 40 yarn, 60 yarn, and 80 yarn, to make the fabric more exquisite and skin-friendly. The common thread count of hotel bedding fabric is 200TC, 250TC, 300TC, 330TC, 350TC and 400TC. If you need higher thread count fabrics, such as 500TC, 600TC, 800TC, 1000TC, we can also customize weaving. By using different weaving methods, finally came to different fabric styles, like percale plain, sateen, satin stripe, and jacquard. We also can weave your hotel logo on fabrics. Hotel bedding sizes are usually very large, so our regular fabric is 2.6m, 2.8m, and 3.05m in width, to meet different size requirements. The grey fabric undergoes a complete bleaching and dyeing process, including cleaning, singeing, mercerization, bleaching, pH adjustment, pre shrinking, calendaring, shaping, and drying, to make the fabric bright and soft. All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified and do not contain any harmful substances.
